SHIPPING
Standard Delivery
Orders will typically arrive within 7 to 10 business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays), following credit card authorization and verification. Standard delivery is available for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO, FPO, and Canadian addresses.
Shipping Carriers
We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are: U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx.
International
We do not ship or bill orders internationally.
RETURNS
These policies pertain to U.S. purchases only.
Defective merchandise purchased from PoleDancersFishingGear.com may be returned at any time with or without a receipt and is eligible for refund or merchandise exchange.
Unwashed or Unworn items may be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase with an original receipt and is eligible for refund or merchandise exchange, except bathing suit and intimates. Bathing Suits and intimates are nonreturnable and nonrefundable.
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or a merchandise exchange when returned within 30 days of purchase date.
Merchandise returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will be eligible for a merchandise exchange ONLY.
Online refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or merchandise exchange. A mail check may be issued when original form of payment is unavailable for credit.

If we sent the wrong item, or if the item sent is defective, once the product is received by our Returns Department, we will refund your shipping price, otherwise customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
